The Holidays are in {FULL} swing and the demands on our time skyrocket this time of year.  It is so easy to get off track with social engagements, shopping, gift wrapping, tree trimming and more.  What is a busy entrepreneur to do?   With a little FOCUS you can round out 2013 and bring in the New Year set for SUCCESS.  Here are a few tips to get you started!

1. Remember that  Christmas is a day.  It is not a week nor, is it half of the month.  Plan to work through out the month.  There are many great opportunities all month long!
2.  Treat your business as you would a job.  You would be expected to {Show Up} with the exception of the actual Holiday DAYS.  Give your business at least as much effort as you would a J-O-B!
3. Set work hours and your schedule.  Stick to them. This takes discipline and the understanding of your family.
4. Set December Goals and keep them clearly in front of you.  This is your road map.  It will keep you focused when all of the {Fun} things call your name!
5. Set your self up for success in 2014 by jump-starting January NOW!  Create your incentive and get the dates on your calendar.
