This is a super easy meal that basically consists of marinading and grilling. The brown sugar and orange juice create a divine caramelization that is sure to please. With the soy, it isn’t overly sweet. Busy Mom Tip: Smart ladies marinade and let him grill!
INGREDIENTS
1/4 Cup brown sugar
2 cloves garlic, minced
1/4 Cup Tamari soy (GF)
1/2 Cup orange juice
1 tablespoon sesame oil
1 tablespoon freshly grated ginger (1/2 TBS dry)
Freshly ground black pepper, to taste
2 pounds salmon steaks or fillets
2 green onions, thinly sliced
1/2 teaspoon sesame seeds
