Happy First of December!  I hope you accomplished everything you desired in November.  If you didn’t… embrace the concept of “Failing Forward”.  Look at what you DID do!  Chances are it was far greater than if you had not dared to dream.  Goal setting isn’t about achieving a particular goal.  It is about growth… about “moving the needle”.  So be proud of ALL of the benchmarks, new heights and mini-goals you completed.  Today starts a whole new opportunity to do it better and build it BIGGER!
