We know that many people are not happy about the new time line for business pages.  It is always interesting how people deal with change.  As in the book “Who moved my cheese” we have two option… grumble or lace up our tennis shoes!   We say lace up your tennis shoes and run with it!

In any event, time line is here to stay and there are some GREAT features you can use. One of our favorites is the time line itself.

CREATE A COMPANY HISTORY
You can create milestones and add to your company “history”.  What a wonderful way to permanently share product introductions and promotions as well as provide an historical view of your company.

DEMONSTRATE YOUR TIMELINESS
It is a tremendous sales tool particularly in a high tech, fashion or science based business.  Your time line could serve as living proof of your “cutting edge” focus.  Or in a fashion based business, your time line could serve as proof that you set trends, not just follow them.

BEFORE AND AFTERS
We can see an INCREDIBLE application for before and after businesses as well.  Imagine pinning a “before picture” to your time line and the adding bench mark photos during the process!  What an amazing way to engage the viewer in the process.  They could even post messages of encouragement!

SPONSORING AND RECRUITING
We think you couldn’t BUY a better application for telling your company story.  Imagine a prospect perusing a brief history of your company including accolades, incentives and programs for reps? Time line could be your new best friend!

Our advice, try it before you decide you don’t like it.
