Mother’s Day Selling

Sales is about service!  Approach Mother’s Day selling from a service stance.

1. Determine your {Best} sellers.  People need you to make the decision easy for them.  They don’t have time to shop from the catalog or the website.  A sales representative missed a pretty good sale from me the other day because I didn’t have time to comb the website looking for the perfect thing.  I needed her to send me a few great options to choose from.

2. Make your list of busy men and women who need to be taken care of.  Think of people who enjoy service and need the convenience of a  personal shopper.  Of course, you will offer this service at no additional charge.

3.  CALL them and offer to save the day this Mothers Day with the {PERFECT} gift for everyone on their list.  And I do mean CALL.. not facebook, message, text or email.  Pick up the phone and make a connection.  The relationships that you build will last a lifetime

4. Ask for referrals. Busy people (especially Men) know other busy people.  In this Wal-mart age, a little service is refreshing.  It will have people talking about you!  You can’t buy that kind of positive press!

Happy Selling
