Three Resolutions for a Successful 2015
1. GET FOCUSED! Get very clear on what “success” looks like to you. What are you building? What does it look like? Where is your income goal? How many lives will you touch? How will you know when you have arrived? What are the benchmarks along the way? WHY are you even on this journey? Without this level of of clear vision, you will flounder. Know your what, your why and your how… in brilliant detail!
2. GET COMMITTED to building relationships in the new year. Sales is all about relationships. Success doesn’t come from brilliant drip campaigns and social media posts. Success comes from connecting with others, especially in recruiting. Take your hand off the mouse and pick up the phone! Your business will thank you for it.
3.GET INVESTED in your personal growth and skill set. Too many people expect their company to provide them everything they need. Personal growth is an inside job. It is YOUR job to grow you, not your company’s responsibility. I once heard Jim Rohn say “Work harder on yourself than you do your job”. It struck me. To have more, I needed to BECOME more. I needed to learn from others who had traveled the path I was on. I invest in programs to this day because I have to keep growing. The bottom line is this, don’t wait to be spoon-fed what you need to live your dream life. Go and GET it! Invest in yourself and your future.
