I celebrate another Birthday today. With each that passes, I become more focused on what is truly important. For me it isn’t money, titles or fancy offices. I have distilled mine down to a single thing… making a positive difference. I have chosen the direct selling industry as the vehicle for that purpose. I need to look back on every client, every company and see the interceding difference that I made. I need to be able to say… it changed here. That brings me a life a joy and a life of professional fulfillment. When I work with teams and clients, I focus on this purpose piece… beyond the money. Money is empty. The root of purpose sustains us through the bad days. It fills us and keeps us going. So there is my purpose. What is yours?
