The direct selling industry received a huge nod last month when Enterprising Women Magazine inducted Thirty-one Gifts Founder, Cindy Monroe into its Hall of Fame!

Cindy Monroe founded Thirty-one Gifts which provides purses, wallets and organizational aids in 2003. That company has grown to include more than 85,000 independent consultants throughout the U.S. and Canada and 1000 corporate employees.  The company generated and incredible 643 million dollars in 2014.  In 2015 the company was ranked as the 14th-largest direct-selling organization in the U.S.—and 28th largest in the world—by Direct Selling News magazine. Thirty-one Gifts was also recognized as the fastest-growing woman-owned company in the world by the Women Presidents’ Organization in 2014.

Four years ago, Cindy and Thirty-one Gifts founded the Thirty-one Gives Fund, a non-profit with a mission to empower girls and women and support families. Thirty-One Gives has donated more than $80 million in cash and products to nonprofit partners. The fund supports two national mission partners focused on women and families, including Girl Talk, which helps teenage girls build self-esteem, develop leadership skills and learn the value of community service, and the Ronald McDonald House Charities. The fund also supports numerous national, regional and local nonprofits selected by Thirty-one independent sales consultants.
